FSP1000





The FSP1000 differential pressure sensors are designed for low differential-pressure measurements and manufactured using Siargo's proprietary MEMS sensing technology. The sensors measure unidirectional or bidirectional differential pressure with flow passing through. The current models can be readily applied to various medical applications, such as CPAP ventilators and HVAC control.


The FSP1000 can measure differential pressures ranging from 2 Pa to 500 Pa.

FSP2000





The FSP2000 series dual pressure sensors offer a unique combination of differential and gauge pressure measurements, utilizing MEMS thermal and piezoresistive sensing technology with innovative electronic circuitry. The designed sensing ranges enable it to be readily applied to medical applications, such as a CPAP ventilator, for both flow and gauge pressure measurement, with a small footprint and cost-effectiveness.


FSP2000 offers a differential pressure range of 250 to 500 Pa and a gauge pressure of ±100 cmH2O.

FSD1000





The PSD1000L differential pressure transducer is manufactured using the company’s proprietary MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) sensing and packaging technology, offering unique, very low differential pressure sensing.


The device features a LoRaWAN output and can be used for various applications. Typical applications include hospital ward and clean room pressure monitoring.

AM1000





The AM1000 series station gas probes are designed for general-purpose flow metering and control applications, utilizing Siargo's proprietary MEMS mass flow sensing technology and innovative electronic circuitry. The probe integrates flow, temperature, and humidity sensors into a single device that can measure multiple parameters in an open space or within a large-diameter closed conduit. Applications include sports equipment, environmental monitoring stations, HVAC equipment, equipment server stations, and other devices, such as insertion flow meters. AM1000 can measure a flow speed of up to 30 m/sec with wired data. Carbon dioxide concentration and wireless data are also options.
